Ingredients for 6 Servings

    Eggs
  • 1/2 cup
    Milk
  • 1 package
    English muffins
  • 6
    Sausage patties
  • 6 slices
    American cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Cook bacon and sausage according to package directions. Let cool fully on paper towels to soak up extra grease.
  2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F and grease a medium baking dish.
  3. Beat together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until smooth.
  4. Transfer the egg mixture to the baking dish and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until firm with no wobbling from the center of the pan.
  5. Remove from oven, and once cool, use a glass to cut out egg patty shapes (you can also use a knife and cut out squares).
  6. Butter each side of an English muffin, then layer in the egg patty, meat of your choice, and American cheese.
  7. Wrap tightly in parchment paper and freeze up to 7 days.
  8. To reheat, unwrap and warm for 60 seconds on medium-high heat in the microwave.
