Crispy Beef & Asian Noodles
Ingredients for 4-6 Servings

1 poundBeef skirt steak, thinly sliced

8 ozAsian noodles (lo mein, udon, or rice noodles)

2 tbspSoy sauce

1 tbspOyster sauce

1 tbspSesame oil
-
2Cloves garlic, minced

1 tbspVegetable oil

1/2 tspSugar

1/4 cupChopped green onions

Sliced veggies (red and green bell peppers, carrots, & snap peas)

Method
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add sliced beef and minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 3 minutes. Add vegetables. Cook 3-4 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan and pour in the sauce mixture. Toss everything together for 2-3 minutes until the noodles are well coated and heated through.
