Crispy Beef & Asian Noodles

Ingredients for 4-6 Servings

  • 1 pound
    Beef skirt steak, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz
    Asian noodles (lo mein, udon, or rice noodles)
  • 2 tbsp
    Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp
    Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp
    Sesame oil
  • 2
    Cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp
    Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    Sugar
  • 1/4 cup
    Chopped green onions
  • Sliced veggies (red and green bell peppers, carrots, & snap peas)

Method

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Set aside.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add sliced beef and minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 3 minutes. Add vegetables. Cook 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and pour in the sauce mixture. Toss everything together for 2-3 minutes until the noodles are well coated and heated through.
