Rainbow Sheetpan Bake Recipe
Ingredients for 4-5 Servings

1 lbBoneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cupSoy sauce

2Red bell peppers, diced

Method
- Cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with olive oil spray. Set aside.
- Cut and clean the chicken, then place on the outer edges of your baking sheet. This will allow them to cook more quickly.
- Dice the vegetables and place on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Serve warm with rice (optional).
